What we collect
Names, contact details and addresses needed to collect and deliver goods; payment confirmation from our payment provider (we never see or store card numbers); job history; and, for driver applicants, licence, vehicle and insurance details.
Why we use it
To perform the contract you've asked for, to send proof of delivery, to invoice, to assess driver applications, and to meet our legal obligations. We rely on contract and legitimate interests as our lawful bases, and consent where we ask for it.
Who we share it with
Drivers carrying your job see the collection and delivery details for that job only. Our payment provider processes card payments. Our hosting and database providers store data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Job records for 6 years for tax and insurance purposes. Driver applications that don't proceed for 12 months. Website enquiries for 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site uses only cookies strictly necessary to run the booking flow and to keep signed-in users signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
